How to live with intentionality
A Journey to Self-Love and Wellness
Your Life with Nettie Jones
Vol. 2, No. 1 — January 2026
This month, our focus is on intentionality—living on purpose rather than on autopilot. Instead of trying to change everything, intentional living invites us to slow down, tune inward, and align our actions with what truly matters.
How to Live with Intentionality
1. Get Clear
Ask yourself:
What do I want more of this year?
What am I ready to release?
2. Choose One Area
Focus on one area of your life that needs care—whether it’s rest, relationships, health, or peace.
3. Define the Action
What does honoring yourself look like in real life?
Think boundaries, rest, and honesty.
4. Start Small
Consistency matters more than perfection. Gentle steps create lasting change.
5. Reflect and Adjust
Intentions are guides, not rules. You are allowed to pivot.
Living intentionally builds self-trust, reduces overwhelm, strengthens boundaries, and deepens your sense of peace. Most importantly, it is an act of self-love.
As we begin this year, consider asking yourself:
“How do I want to show up for myself on purpose?”
Wishing you a year rooted in intention, compassion, and wellness.
