Healthy Relationship, Healthy Boundaries

A boundary is defined as a line that marks the limits of an area; a dividing line.
As I have read, a boundary is an imaginary line that separates me from you.
Physical Boundaries – your physical space
Emotional Boundaries – your feelings, managing your emotional energy
Time – saying “no” means saying “yes” to self. Not overwhelming ones self with tasks
Sexual – consent, asking for what you desire, protection and privacy
Intellectual - opinions, ideas, curiosities, and agreeing to disagree

Boundaries are for YOU! You are responsible for setting and exercising them.
