Declutter the repetitive “stinking thinking”-the lies you tell yourself about yourself or the lies of others that you’ve taken on as your own. 

Declutter your body. Remove those things that keep you from being your best self physically. Fast for a week from sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and fried foods. Let go of the people, places, and things that cause you stress.

Stretch, go for a walk, smell a flower, take off your shoes and stand in the grass. Sunbathe and feel the warmth of the sun on your face. Move slower and allow your body to release the unwanted clutter that bogs you down day-to-day.

Declutter your space. Clean out your purse, your car, your closet, your kitchen cabinet. Create the space for systems. You don’t have to be overly organized, just create a free-flowing, open system that allows you to glide through your space with ease
